  • Organization of an exhibition booth at GITEX Global (Dubai)
  • Participation in 12 business missions at ViennaUP, Slush, Dublin Tech Summit, Web Summit, and Singapore Fintech Festival

Direct contact with potential partners and participation in industry conferences.

Additionally, supporting promotional activities are planned:

  • Marketing campaigns: SEM/SEO (including Google AdWords and remarketing) and social media activities (LinkedIn), supported by geolocation targeting in key regions. These activities will be implemented in the first year of the project in two stages – before ViennaUP and Slush.
  • Distribution of digital promotional materials: All materials will follow eco-design principles, being fully digital to reduce the carbon footprint.
  • Organization of business and press meetings: Daily meetings with potential clients during trade fairs and business missions will allow effective presentation of ITFS’s offerings.

Expected results:

  • Acquisition of new export contracts in the UAE, APAC, Scandinavia, DACH region, Ireland, and Portugal
  • Increased ITFS brand recognition through participation in prestigious industry events
  • Growth of IT services export revenue by at least 20% within two years after project completion
  • Eco-friendly promotional approach following the 6R principle (reduce, reuse), minimizing physical materials in favor of digital ones

The project is aligned with the European Union’s objectives in digital transformation and sustainable development, while addressing the growing demand in target markets for advanced technologies and ICT services.
