We’re proud to announce that ITFS has been named in the 10th annual edition of the FT1000 – Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies, a special report published by the Financial Times and Statista. We secured 607th place among Europe’s fastest-growing businesses. For the seventh year in a row.
This is not a participation trophy. The FT1000 methodology is rigorous: companies must demonstrate consistent, mostly organic revenue growth with fully verifiable financial data across multiple years – no shortcuts, no exceptions. Being named here for seven consecutive years means our growth isn’t a streak of luck. It reflects a deliberate approach to building something durable in a sector that changes constantly.
But rankings are backward-looking by nature. What interests us more is what those numbers actually represent: hundreds of long-term partnerships built on trust and shared accountability, thousands of technical challenges solved, and a growing community of IT professionals who chose to build their careers with us and the companies we work with.
We’ve always believed that IT outsourcing done right isn’t about headcount or hourly rates. It’s about placing the right people in the right context, and giving both sides – Clients and Specialists – the conditions to perform at their best. Poland’s technology talent pool has grown into one of the strongest in Europe, and we’ve had the privilege of helping international companies access it at exactly the right moment for their growth.
There’s also something worth noting in the timing. This is the 10th edition of the FT1000. The fact that ITFS has been present in seven of those ten editions says something not just about us, but about the broader trend we’ve been part of: the rise of Poland as a leading destination for high-quality IT talent in Europe and beyond.
