The Challenge
With NFT and Real Estate-related projects on the horizon, the R&D center needed to expand their team with senior Angular (frontend) and .NET (backend) developers. Finding qualified candidates locally in the DACH region proved difficult – the demand for Blockchain expertise simply outpaced local supply.
