Please note: Our client’s name is confidential. The details below reflect the actual scope and results of our cooperation.
Our client is one of Switzerland’s largest independent full-service providers of business and technology solutions. With over 1,300 experts on board, the company delivers custom software to both private sector clients – including banking – and public sector institutions such as railway operators and tax authorities.
Industry: Technology / Software Development
Location: Switzerland
Company size: 1,300+ employees
The Challenge
The client needed a dedicated delivery center – a team of consultants embedded in their structure to drive three simultaneous projects:
Development of a new web and mobile application for a public railway operator Update of existing infrastructure and software modules for a private banking client Conceptual migration of modules for a public taxation authority
- Development of a new web and mobile application for a public railway operator
- Update of existing infrastructure and software modules for a private banking client
- Conceptual migration of modules for a public taxation authority
The challenge wasn’t just technical complexity – it was the need to manage three different environments, each with its own requirements, timelines, and stakeholders.

The Solution
ITFS established a dedicated IT delivery center – what the client internally referred to as a competence center – with a carefully selected team of 12 consultants, fully integrated into the client’s delivery structure. The cooperation included daily and weekly reporting to ensure full transparency across all three workstreams.
The Result
- 12,000 working hours delivered across all three projects
- All assigned stories and tasks completed within scope and timeline
- 400 critical issues identified and resolved
- Full delivery on all project milestones – with no critical bugs left open
The engagement demonstrated that a well-structured, dedicated team can handle complex, multi-client environments without compromising quality or transparency.
