We’re proud to announce that ITFS has been named one of Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions for the third year running. In the 2027 edition of the ranking, compiled by the Financial Times and Statista, we placed 62nd among 300 European companies with the strongest sustained revenue growth over the past decade.
The ranking is now in its third edition – and ITFS has been featured in every one of them.
About the ranking
Most “fastest-growing companies” lists look at a short window. Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions takes a different approach: it measures revenue growth over a full ten years – in this edition, from 2015 to 2025.
Companies are ranked by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) across that period. To qualify, a company must be independent, headquartered in Europe, have generated at least €10 million in revenue in 2025, and have grown primarily organically rather than through acquisitions. Submitted figures must be certified by the CEO, CFO or a member of the executive board, and are then verified by Statista’s analysts. The minimum growth rate required to enter the 2027 edition was 11.25% per year, sustained over a decade.
This year’s list features 300 companies from 28 European countries. As in the previous edition, IT and software is the largest sector, accounting for 20% of the ranking.

ITFS compound annual growth rate (CAGR 2015-2025): 43.41%

A decade that was anything but easy
The period covered by the ranking included a pandemic-driven recession, a sharp rise in inflation following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and major swings in the IT market – from a hiring boom to a period of cost-cutting and budget caution. Sustaining growth through all of it wasn’t a matter of favorable market conditions. It was the result of a consistently built model of cooperation: with our Clients, with our Specialists, and within our own team.
In 2015, three years after it was founded, ITFS was a small recruitment company based in Gdynia. Today, it’s an organization with offices in Gdynia, Warsaw, Copenhagen and Austin, supporting Clients across Europe and North America – from individual specialists to complete teams and dedicated competence centers.
What it means for our Clients
Rankings are backward-looking by nature. For companies looking for an IT outsourcing partner, what matters more is what this result says about the future of a partnership:
- A stable partner – outsourcing partnerships are usually measured in years, not months. A decade of growth is a strong signal that your partner will still be here, and fully capable, years from now.
- Proven ability to scale – organic growth means we built our recruitment, onboarding and team-care processes as we grew, rather than by acquiring other companies.
- Long-term relationships – sustained growth isn’t possible without Clients who stay for years and expand the partnership over time. That’s the best recommendation we could ask for.
That’s why, for us, this recognition is above all a confirmation of our direction: placing the right people in the right context. In short: Matching IT.
Momentum and durability
Long-Term Growth Champions isn’t our only recognition from the Financial Times and Statista. For seven consecutive years (2020-2026), ITFS has also been featured in the FT1000 – Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies, which measures growth over a shorter, multi-year period. Being present in both rankings reflects both the pace and the durability of our growth. You’ll find the full list of our awards, including Forbes Diamonds and Gazele Biznesu, in the Who we are section.
Thank you!
This recognition belongs to everyone who made it possible – our Specialists, our Clients and the entire ITFS team. Thank you!
