Work location: hybrid from Warsaw (once a week or once every two weeks from the office)

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS, long-term cooperation
Rate: PLN 100-120/h + VAT
Working hours: standard (8:00-16:00)
Client: banking industry
Recruitment process: phone call with ITFS (approx. 20 min.) → technical interview with the client → decision making

Preparing project documentation.
Coordinating IT work related to pilot projects.
Collaboration with business, IT, and cybersecurity units.
Support in conducting requests for proposals/tender procedures.
Support in conducting tests.
Conducting system and business analysis.
Solution architecture.
Conducting analytical workshops.
Project management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in business and systems analysis and IT solution design (including system architecture)
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience working in a financial institution environment (bank/insurance/fintech)
