Position: IT Recruiter

Form of cooperation: Employment contract / Contract of mandate / B2B

Salary: PLN 5,500-9,800 gross/month + bonuses

Work location: Hybrid work from the office in Gdynia (two weeks of onboarding, 4 days from the office, then depending on the results - a maximum of 3 days from the office)

• Actively searching for candidates in the IT industry using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, recruitment portals, technical forums, etc.)

• Creating and publishing recruitment ads

• Building and managing a candidate database

• Selection of applications and contact with candidates

• Supporting the team in strategic activities

• 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter

• Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.)

• Knowledge of IT technologies and positions

• Communication skills and relationship building skills

• Independence, good work organization, and goal-oriented approach

• English language skills at least at a B2 level

• Higher education or student status
