Work location: Wrocław (Hybrid) - 3 days a week from the Client's office

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS
Rate: PLN 150-170/h + VAT
Recruitment process: Short phone conversation with an ITFS recruiter -> Technical interview (including live coding) -> Technical interview with the end client -> Decision

Designing and developing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for near-real-time analytics,
Creating application architectures that address non-functional requirements (NFRs) for high throughput and low latency data processing,
Implementing solutions using AI tools to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC),
Rapidly building and iteratively refining prototypes in line with software engineering best practices,
Building automated functional tests and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and standard market tools,
Working in a cloud environment (Azure) and developing shell scripts in a Unix/Linux environment.

Higher education demonstrating a Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields,
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT engineering roles,
Minimum 5 years of experience with Databricks, Python, Spark, Delta Lake, DLT, and GitLab,
Experience in the banking industry,
Experience in building scalable data pipelines and processing large volumes of data in batch and stream modes,
Practical knowledge of using AI tools in the SDLC cycle,
Experience working with Big Data, data warehouses, and Data Lake environments,
Experience in database programming (SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL),
Extensive experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting,
Ability to design applications that take into account high throughput and low latency requirements,
Experience in test automation functional and implementing CI/CD processes,
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills,
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
