Workplace: remotely with workshops in Warsaw Center once every 1-2 months (2-3 days)

Cooperation: B2B with ITFS – long-term

Salary: 90-110 PLN/h + VAT (no paid holidays)

Recruitment process: short interview with ITFS (approx. 15 min) ➡ 1 technical interview with the Client (approx. 1.5 h) ➡ soft interview (30 min) ➡ decision

• Conducting workshops and design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Validating concepts and efficiently implementing improvements using Agile testing methodologies
• Using RITE and Lean UX methods to rapidly iterate solutions
• Planning and conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Designing and optimizing interfaces for advanced B2B business processes
• Working closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure consistency and technical feasibility of projects
• Expanding the component library and ensuring scalability of the product visual layer
• Presenting business cases and research results to senior management
• Aligning design processes with current priorities in Agile software development cycle
• Supporting best practices, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team

• Preferred min. 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in B2B or Enterprise software projects
• Practical experience working with real products and understanding of front-end technologies
• Proficient knowledge of Figma and Design Systems standards
• Knowledge of techniques: Double/Triple Diamond, Customer Journey, Persona, Service Blueprint, Business/Product Canvas, etc.
• Experience in leading UX workshops and stakeholder management (including C-level)
• Ability to complete the full design cycle: from research and concept, through prototyping and testing, to UI delivery
• Experience working in an international, agile environment.
• English language skills at least B2/C1 level.
