Senior Kotlin Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tri-City, which also has a branch in Warsaw. We primarily deal with the recruitment of IT specialists and the creation of project Software Houses for our clients from Poland and West Europe.

Offer details:

• Location: remote work (with possibly travel to Riga, max once a quarter)
• Start: ASAP (max 1 month notice period)
• Type of contract: B2B with ITFS
• Salary: 150 - 175 pln/h netto + VAT (depends on experience)
• Client: consulting

• Making sure the systems, which are currently supporting the Dutch market, can also support the Belgian market with its different needs. 
• You"ll be working with the newest techniques, like serverless and cloud based solutions. You"ll think about the possible solutions and realise these.
• Continuously develop and release new code to production within an Agile work environment
• "You build it, you run it"; meaning you will take full responsibility as a team for delivering good working software and maintaining it
• Continuously improve our services to make them more robust, scalable and reliable
• Together with your peers, you define the software architecture of the services 
• Sharing knowledge within our group of backend developers and together making sure our platform evolves continuously.

• Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot
• You know your way around AWS cloud environments (such as SNS, SQS, API Gateway)
• Security is something you care about
• You strive to deploy using Infrastructure as Code (we use AWS CDK)
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and design
• Used to working with modern, highly automated CI/CD processes and methods

Nice to have:

• Experience with building highly secure and/or highly available systems
• Experience with Akamai
• AWS Certifications
