Data Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tri-City area, with a branch in Warsaw. We are primarily engaged in recruiting IT specialists and creating project-based Software houses for our Clients from Poland and Western Europe.

OFFER

• Interact with Projects Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to acquire and precise requirements
• Designing database models, DB structures and Dashboards
• Implementing ETL/ELT, SQL queries and data visualisations
• Analyse, monitor, and optimize existing solutions
• Ensuing compliance of deliverables to quality standards
• Identifying and resolving reported issues
• Integrating various data sources
• Develop best practices and propose improvements
• Cooperate with team members to ensure solution quality

• At least 2 years of strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL-SQL programming
• Expertise in relational and multidimensional databases as well as in queries optimization.
• Experience with Python (Jupyter, Numpy, Pandas) and knowledge of multithreaded data processing
• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions
• Good knowledge of Oracle analytical functions
• Experience with integrating various data sources
• English language allowing for efficient communication
• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions
• Very good communication skills (interaction with stakeholders to precise the requirements)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Focused on teamwork

Optional:

• Experience in monitoring Oracle DB (jobs, execution of queries, etc…)
• Familiarity with Oracle build-in dictionaries and packages
• Experience with acquiring the data from SAP and SAP BW
• Experience in creation the reports using tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or another visualisation software
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
